Remedial massage therapy is designed to enhance athletic performance, reduce pain and speed up recovery. Karina works with you to support your goals, assist with recovery, planning musculoskeletal treatment around your training programs and events, existing injury/rehab or proactive management for minimalising injury.
Pricing for all services is provided on the booking platform and can be viewed prior to making any booking. Health Fund Rebates are available for all massage services and claims are based upon the individual client level of private health cover.

Sports Massage Consultation
Initial consultation is a 90minute session where we discuss a lot about you, your programming, your expectations and goals. Then using a variety of techniques like Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, Muscle Energy, IASTM, Mobilisations and more in a bespoke treatment. Thereafter, sessions on offer are 90min, 60min, 45min and 30min (target treatment).
Remedial Massage Consultation
Suitable for all clients with a variety of head/jaw and body aches / pain / dysfunction that is impacting their daily life. These sessions are either 60min or 90min only. A remedial massage is the foundation of all treatments and incorporates many techniques and is holistic in nature. TMJ release for jaw is available, including intra-oral (inside your mouth) however this is discussed and booked in advance.​​
PNS Massage - for Anxiety & Depression
PNS is the acronym for Parasympathetic Nervous System, which is important for creating the rest, digest and recovery functions of our body. Mental health impacts athletes ability to perform. Part of athlete preparation is getting your head in the best possible space. Karina has worked with athletes coming back from major injuries and PNS work is part of taking a holistic approach. These sessions are 60min or 90min only and are designed around your individual needs.
Assisted Fascial Stretch
This is a therapist facilitated fascial stretching session. You will be taken through fascial stretching both on the treatment table and on a floor mat. Whilst it is common for stretch to be included in a sports massage, they are limited to specific areas of the body. This session is specifically a whole body stretch session. Bring along a comfortable set of shorts/t-shirt for this session.
Pregnancy Massage for Athletes
This treatment is 90minutes in duration. It takes a bit more time to move around when pregnant particularly as the pregnancy advances.
I have specially designed pregnancy bolsters, so you can spend some time laying on your front (because we forgot how much we like to roll onto our tummies until pregnant) and get a bespoke treatment framed around your daily life, training and your discomfort.
A few other things to note
Clothing in sessions is mandatory. A minimum of underpants/sports bra (where relevant) as you will move around during the treatment. Also bring along shorts/sports top to each session for times we need to do stretching etc.

Children under the age of 18yo will need to have a parent/guardian present in the treatment room the entire time. Youth athletes are welcome and Karina has current working with children and police check.
